Pandan Man is unveiling a special Christmas collection, bringing holly-jolly flavours while staying true to the brandโs signature pandan twist. Returning favourites include the Red Velvet Pandan Cake, where fluffy pandan layers are draped in Gula Melaka Chantilly cream, vibrant red velvet crumbs, and fresh berries for a festive pop of flavour and colour. New this year is the charming Mint Oreo Pandan Sip Cake, marked by an adorable smiley face, a candy cane, and a playful โmilkโ straw filled with Oreo milk for an extra dose of whimsy.
New to the holiday lineup is the Milo Lava Banana Christmas Cake, showcasing all the classic colours of Christmas in a nostalgic pandan-meets-Milo treat, topped with a modern Christmas tree fixture. Adding a touch of golden glow is the Lamp Pandan Cake , filled with strawberry jam between layers of pandan sponge and shaped like a festive lamp to light up the Christmas table. Each creation is handcrafted to bring joy, warmth, and a spark of nostalgia to the holiday season

Big news! Pandan Man is returning to Pacific Place (L1 Area 1S) starting 13 November, bringing along a special pink surprise made just for this location.
Meet the Strawberry Daifuku Mochi Pandan Cake: a fluffy pandan chiffon base wrapped in soft pink mochi, layered with strawberry cream and jam, and topped with a swirl of buttercream and a bright raspberry. Itโs cute, creamy, and absolutely irresistible.

The Pandan Man Story
Pandan Man was founded amidst the lockdowns of the COVID pandemic and a deep longing for our favourite Southeast Asian dessert, Singaporeโs famed Pandan Cake. With our inability to travel and the days since our last visit to Singapore piling up, we eventually decided to channel the spirit of the Lion City and recreate the Pandan Cake recipe ourselves. After many failed attempts, countless tastings, and lots of helpful feedback from our friends and family, we finally perfected our recipe and are excited to bring Singaporeโs beloved Pandan Cake to Hong Kong
